- Recruitment Initiatives: One of the GDWG’s immediate focus areas has been to review our recruitment process to ensure it is consistent, fair, and equitable for all candidates. As a result of this work, we have recently introduced our new Global Recruitment Guidelines which are as follows-
  - Hiring managers to shortlist on best effort basis minimum 1-2 women candidates from the resumes shared with them.
  - Hiring managers on best effort basis aims to have at least one woman candidate in the final round of interview.
  - In case diverse representation is low, exception justification to be provided and signed off by senior leader.
  - Diverse interviewers to be part of the interview process, the interview panel must include at least one woman interviewer.
  - Establish diverse interview panels and include at least one woman interviewer (including HRA but preferred business) for mid to Sr. level roles only
Campus Diversity Events, Job fairs & Sponsorships: We actively participate in campus diversity events and sponsor initiatives which helps us to connect with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, we also participate in campus diversity job fairs which helps us attract a diverse pool of candidates. These events provide a platform to showcase our company’s equitable culture as well as attract the best diverse talent pool.
Lateral Hiring Initiatives:
