Women friendly policies

Maternity Leave Policy

  • Female team members who have worked with Micron continuously for not less than 80 days are entitled to paid maternity leave of 26 weeks for the first 2 children and for 12 weeks for 3rd child and beyond.
  • Male team members are entitled to 5 days of paternity leave for the birth of each child.
  • Female team members who have worked with Micron continuously for not less than 80 days are provided paid adoption leave of 12 weeks from the date when the child was handed over, provided the child is less than 3 months of age.
  • ​Female team members are entitled to 6 weeks of paid miscarriage leave immediately following the day of her miscarriage.
