• Subject to the provisions of the Maternity Benefit Act, 2017, women employees can avail Maternity Leave of 26 weeks, for the first two children. This period will include the intervening holidays/weekly offs.
• Maternity leave of 12 weeks to be available to mothers adopting a child below the age of three months as well as to the “commissioning mothers”. The commissioning mother has been defined as biological mother who uses her egg to create an embryo planted in any other woman.
• In case of miscarriage, women employees shall be entitled to leave for a period of 06 weeks immediately following the date of the miscarriage.
• Women employee suffering from illness arising out of pregnancy, delivery, premature birth of child, medical termination of pregnancy or tubectomy operation shall on production of proof be entitled in additional paid leave for a maximum period of one month.
• For employees covered under Employee State Insurance (ESI) will be entitled for leave without pay and will need to get in touch with ESI for the compensation.

• Male employees are eligible for 5 days’ paternity leave within a month of his baby’s birth.
• Male employees are eligible for 5 days’ paternity leave within a month of miscarriage of his spouse.
• Paternity leave can be prefixed or suffixed with other leaves post approval from reporting supervisor.

Female Employees will be eligible to claim INR. 7,500 per month for crèche facility availed as per their convenience for 02 children up to 06 years of age.
